Happy 4th of July

We were all very excited for the 4th of July holiday. Jeff still had to work, but he was going to be done early so we could celebrate. There was a big firework show going on at the beach that we were planning on going to. Jeff and I were so excited to take Bella because she missed out on the firework show last year. When Jeff got home we went to get dinner at Carabba's with everyone from the office and we had the worst waiter ever. When we finally left the restaurant it was already dark and it had started raining. We got home and tried to watch what was left of the fireworks from our apartment but we couldn't see through all the trees. So we got in the car to see if we could find some where we could see. After a lot of driving around in the rain, we ended up watching about 3 minutes of fireworks from a City Funiture parking lot. So our fourth of July was not what we had hoped for at all. Oh well, Bella did like what she saw of the fireworks, and we got her some superman ice cream so she was happy. Better luck next year.
